hi is it possible to leave luggage until 5 pm after check out? will someone be there ?

In the afternoon our reception have a flexible schedule, we have free luggage storage and upon check-out we will give you the security code to enter. Is very secure thanks to the video surveillance and our dooman.

Unfortunately not, our reception opens at 8:00 am, but if you arrive after that time you can leave your luggage and come back as soon as your room is ready.

Great location, clean, comfortable room and friendly staff
Excellent location, just a short walk to the main train station and many of the main attractions Clean & comfortable room, with traditional style decor; we received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room which was great. Very friendly staff
Having to pay for a bottle of water in the room seemed a bit stingy, especially given the high temperatures The shower head also doesn't stay in place for someone who is tall so you have to wedge it in or else hold it which is quite awkward in the small space. We left Aircon on but it was turned off while we were out so the room took a while to cool down to make sleeping comfortable

Really nice old palazzo flat at a top location
The location is perfect, all the main atractions are accessible by foot. The property is in an old palazzo, nicely furnished and clean.
All is really nice, I wouldn’t complain about anything.

Correct place for a few days sightseeing
The staff was very nice, I could leave my baggage there after check out. The city centre is in walking distance. The bed was comfortable.
The tap in the bathroom was quite annoying. I could hear the neighbors, luckily they weren't loud. The wardrobe was a bit musty, I preferred not to put my clothes in it.
